1. General info
1.1. Order confirmation
By placing an order through our online store, you are approving of our terms & conditions and a binding agreement is entered into. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event, that the stock level or price was incorrect, at the time of receiving the order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after your order have been placed. Once your order has been completed, you will receive another e-mail. In the event of a cancellation or changes to your order, you will be contacted by e-mail.
We do our best to ensure that all information and content on the website is accurate at any given time. However, inaccurate information regarding prices, stock levels or content may occur. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event, that any of these parameters were incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
When you have visited our website and accepting our cookies policy various data will be available to us. All data including information provided at newsletter signup and checkout is for internal use only and will never be given or sold to any third parties.
2. Payment and prices
2.1. Credit/Debit cards and PayPal
We accept card payment with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. At checkout you will be asked to provide the card number, the period of validity and the CVC code. For your safety, we are using a security standard called 3-D Secure, developed by Visa and Mastercard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorised access to the card details. The 3-D Secure sometimes causes problems with credit cards issued overseas. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service if you encounter any difficulties. No credit card numbers are stored after a transaction have been carried out.
We also offer the option to pay through PayPal. Simply choose the "Quickpay" payment method when checking out. On the following page choose "PayPal" near the bottom of the page.
For Scandinavian customers, we offer payment through MobilePay. Simply choose "MobilePay" at the end of the checkout process, when the payment window appears.
Being a Danish webshop our base currency is DKK. Foreign currencies and prices are all converted from our base currency. This also means that if you have chosen to shop in a foreign currency, it will be converted back to DKK once you finalize your order in the checkout flow. We are aware of how this is a confusing element for some customers, but unfortunately, it is a limitation in our current webshop system.

* We offer tax-free shopping to customers outside of EU. For customers choosing NOK and USD the prices are already displayed without VAT. For customers shopping in EUR the VAT will be deducted once the final shipping country is chosen in the checkout process - read more under section 2.4.
Please note that prices do not include transaction or delivery fees. In order to skip the delivery charges, we offer free shipping above certain order minimums - read more under section 3.4.
2.4. For customers outside EU (customs and VAT exempt purchases)
For non-EU countries we offer tax-free purchases. Tax exemption does not include payment charges. The Danish VAT (20% of total price) is automatically deducted from all prices, when shopping in the NOK and USD currency. For remaining, non-EU customers VAT is deducted once the final shipping destination is selected in the checkout flow.
Please note that local import charges and duties should be expected depending on your region and country. These charges are at your own expense.
3.1. Order handling
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse location in Randers, Denmark (please notice this is not the same address for returns - read more under section 4.1.). Our team will do their best to ensure a swift order handling, which usually means within 1-2 weekdays (with the exceptions of public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a final order confirmation. Depending on the shipping destination we use one of the following couriers GLS or UPS.
Please bear in mind that order handling might be delayed during peak periods, e.g. around collection launches and Sale season.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorization and customs clearance may cause delays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above the following minimums.

* Please bear in mind that for non-EU customers the free shipping applies on the total order value after the 20% tax deduction - read more under section 2.4.
3.5. Track and trace
All our shipments are insured and will be available with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched and it has been registered by our courier, you will receive a track and trace number by e-mail. On rare occasions, the tracking number does not come through and in these cases feel free to contact our customer service for information about the package.
Please bear in mind that valid identification might be necessary when receiving/collecting the package.
4. Returns, exchanges and warranties
All goods ordered through our online store can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. While the returned package is in transit it is under the customer's responsibility. Therefore we always advice using a courier with a traceable service. Please bear in mind that return expenses will not be refunded. If you live nearby you are also welcome to return your order to the staff in our flagship store at the same address - please notice due to separate setups the store personnel cannot issue a refund (or exchange), but they will make sure to hand it over to the online store.
To be eligible for a full refund. you must return the product(s) in unused condition including original and intact labels, hang tags and packaging. Please make sure to fill out the enclosed return form and send everything to:

* For returns outside of EU, please remember to write “RETURNS & REPAIRS” visible on the outside of the box to ensure swift transit through any customs offices. By not doing so, there is a greater risk that your package will be withheld by customs.
Once we receive your return your refund will automatically be processed and the money will be transferred back to the card (and linked account) that made the purchase. Normally it takes a few working days for the refund to go through, however, for international credit cards, this process can be prolonged. Please do not hesitate to contact customer service to get an update on your return/refund.
We exchange goods bought online within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges, which depends on our stock availability. The returning shipping costs are at your own expense, however, we will cover the outgoing shipping when sending you the exchanged product(s). Please make sure to fill out the enclosed return form and send (or hand in) everything to the address listed under section 4.1.
4.4. Warranty claims
All products come with a 2 year warranty against faults in fabric and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular or daily use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact our customer service, who will review your case. Please include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a description of the claim.
Claims arising from the goods being damaged in transit must be notified to our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package. Please provide order number and photos of the damaged product(s). You might be asked to return the product to us for examination. If that is the case the shipping expenses are covered by us.
If the claim is approved we will first try and repair the product, alternatively, we will replace it with a new. If either the product is expired or sold out or the entire batch is faulty we will refund the value of the product. In no circumstances will the retail value of the product be exceeded.
Claims regarding products bought at our retailers must go through them.
