1. General info
1.1. Order confirmation
When you order through our online store, you agree to our terms and conditions, forming a binding agreement. We hold the right not to deliver if the stock level or price was inaccurate when the order was placed. After you've made an order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Once your order is complete, you'll receive another email. Any cancellations or changes to your order will be communicated via email.
1.2. Discrepancies
We do our best to ensure that all information and content on the website is accurate at any given time. However, inaccurate prices, stock levels, or content information may occur. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that any of these parameters were incorrect at the time of receiving the order.
1.3. Privacy
Various data is collected when you visit our website and accept our cookies policy. This includes information provided during newsletter sign-ups and checkouts. All this data is solely for internal use and won't be shared or sold to third parties.

2. Payment and prices
2.1. Credit/Debit cards and PayPal
We accept card payments using:

We use 3-D Secure, a safety standard developed by Visa and Mastercard. All information is encrypted via SSL to prevent unauthorized access to your card details. If you encounter any issues, please get in touch with customer service. We don't store credit card numbers after transactions.
For Scandinavian customers, we offer payment via MobilePay. Select "MobilePay" during checkout.
2.3. Prices
We operate in multiple currencies: DKK, SEK, NOK, and Euros. Our base currency is DKK. When you shop on our website and choose a currency other than DKK, the prices will be converted from DKK to your selected currency.
2.4. Tax-free
For customers outside the EU, we offer tax-exempt purchases, excluding payment charges. The Danish VAT (20% of the total price) is automatically deducted for NOK and USD currencies. For other non-EU customers, VAT is removed during checkout once the shipping destination is chosen. Be aware of potential local import charges and duties based on your region and country.
3. Delivery
3.1. Order handling
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Højbjerg, Denmark. We aim for swift order handling within 1-2 weekdays (excluding holidays). After dispatch, you'll receive a final order confirmation. Depending on the destination, we use couriers like GLS or UPS.
Please note that order handling could be delayed during peak times.
3.2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery times:
· Denmark: 1-3 days
· Europe: 1-4 days
· USA: 1-4 days
· Rest of the world: 2-4 days
These times are guidelines and may vary due to factors like payment authorization and customs clearance.
3.3. Delivery rates
Delivery rates for various regions:
· Denmark: 29 DKK
· Norway: 69 NOK
· Sweden: 69 SEK
· Europe: 7 EUR
· USA: 15 USD
· Rest of the world: 18 EUR
3.4. Free worldwide shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above the following minimums:
Denmark: 1200 DKK
Norway: 1400 NOK
Sweden: 1400 SEK
Europe: 160 EUR
USA: 200 USD
Rest of the world: 220 EUR
* Note that for non-EU customers, free shipping applies after the 20% tax deduction. Read more in section 2.4 of our Terms & Conditions.
Local import charges and duties are the customer's responsibility.
3.5. Track and trace
All shipments are insured and come with a tracking number. After dispatch and courier registration, you'll receive a track and trace number via email. Contact customer service if the tracking number is missing. Valid identification might be needed when receiving the package.
Please bear in mind that valid identification might be necessary when receiving/collecting the package.
4. Returns, exchanges and warranties
4.1. Returns
Please create your return HERE and you will then receive your return shipping label.
You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. During transit, the responsibility lies with the customer. Use traceable couriers. Return expenses won't be refunded.
Products must be unused with intact labels, tags, and packaging. Complete the return form and send items to the address in section 4.1.

ATT: Returns & Repairs*
Upon returning parcels, we always recommend using a shipping option that offers a tracking number. We do not accept returns sent to pickup points.
* For non-EU returns, mark the package "RETURNS & REPAIRS" for smooth customs transit.
4.2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to the card/account used for the purchase. International credit card refunds might take longer. We'll process the refund within 14 working days.
Please do not hesitate to contact customer service to get an update on your return/refund.
4.3. Exchanges
We exchange sizes within 14 days of receipt. The customer covers return shipping, but we cover outgoing shipping for exchanged items. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges, which depends on our stock availability.
4.4. Warranty claims
Products carry a 2-year warranty for fabric and manufacture faults. It covers production flaws, not regular wear and tear. Contact customer service for warranty claims, including the order number, photos, and a description.
Claims for damaged transit goods must be reported within seven days. We might ask for the product's return for examination.
Approved claims result in repair or replacement. If products are unavailable, we refund their value. Retail value won't exceed the product's cost.
